We offer multiple methods to make payments for your order: Credit Card & Debit Card, Net Banking, Cash-on-Delivery & more. All transaction details remain confidential and private.


 

Cash-on-Delivery (C-o-D) is a method of purchasing from us, where you pay at the time of the actual delivery.

Pay cash on delivery to the courier. The courier will not accept cheques or demand drafts please pay only cash.
 Before processing your order for cash on delivery, our agent will call you over phone. After you reconfirm that you have chosen to pay by cash on delivery, your order will be processed.


 

Pay by cash is an easy payment method, where you pay cash in advance for your prescription lenses (with a specific power range). These lenses will then be accustomed to your ordered product. This payment method is applicable across India depending on your location.  Once the payment is made we will happily ship your product through reliable courier services (Blue Dart etc.) In case of any doubts, please feel free to get in touch with Toll Free Number @ 00000000000.


 

There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with nathopticians.com.


 

At Nath Opticians you can change your mind. If you are unhappy with the product you have ordered or it doesn't meet your expectations, then you may return the product to Nath Opticians within the 7 days return period.


 

We also offer our customers with card verification method (CVM), which ensures that the person submitting the transaction is in possession of the actual card, since the 3 numeric codes cannot be copied from charge slips / receipts or skimmed from the magnetic band.


 

Our customers' entire Credit Card Authorization is done using through highly secure Payment Gateway.

Cancellation & Returns

  If you've received the product and want to return it, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your shipment- you may return any unused item(s) in its original packaging; your account will be credited with order value (excluding shipping costs / bank charges).


 

If in case the box in which the item has arrived has extensive visible damage, you are requested not to accept the shipment and contact Customer Care.


 

To meet the cancellation deadline, timely mailing of the written cancellation / call to customer care or return of shipment shall suffice.


 

Customized lenses fitted in frame will not be taken back. In case you feel any difficulty in product adjustment in terms of fitting or vision correction, you may approach any of our showrooms with your purchase reference and they will be pleased to assist you.

 

We do not provide any warranty on breakage of Frame, Sunglass or Lens.


 

The product if delivered shall be liable to return only if it is returned with the   original sealed box, instruction papers, warranty and other accessories if any.

 

 Refund will be at the sole discretion of Management and it will be refunded after deducting shipment charges / Bank Transaction Charges.

 

 

If any product is exchanged more than one time the customer will have to pay for the shipping charges of Rs.300/

 

Exchange of products cannot be done more than twice unless the product has any manufacturing defect.

 

 

We are permitted and retain the right to make mistakes, such as typing errors, technical or color deviations, or price modifications, despite our greatest care not to do so.

 

No Exchange and Return on contact lenses.

 

 

In case of breakage warranty does not cover liability against any breakage.
